What can I train it on?

Can visitors use my Gmail or Calendar?

No. Tools that need a connected account (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, YouTube and Slack) only work in your private assistant: the playground, and the mobile app when you sign in as the owner.

Can the public agent do more than answer from documents?

Yes. It can search the web, do calculations, check the date and time, and call REST APIs you add yourself. It can't use your connected accounts.

Which actions need my approval?

Sending an email and creating a calendar event. You see the details first, then approve or reject.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes. It replies in the language the customer writes in.

Can people talk instead of type?
