1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to VelorAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VelorAI platform, website (www.velorai.co), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VelorAI is an AI agent builder platform that enables you to:

  • Create and configure AI agents with custom personalities, system prompts, and tool access.
  • Upload documents (PDFs, DOCX, TXT, CSV) and URLs to build a searchable knowledge base for your agents.
  • Deploy agents across multiple channels, including embeddable website widgets, progressive web apps (PWA), Telegram bots, and a REST API.
  • Connect third-party integrations such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, YouTube, Slack, and custom APIs.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Each individual may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions is prohibited.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Abuse the API or platform by exceeding reasonable rate limits, sending automated requests designed to degrade performance, or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
  • Use agents to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment of any kind.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the platform.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You retain ownership of all documents, agent configurations, custom prompts, and other content you upload or create on VelorAI.
  • Our platform: VelorAI and its original code, features, functionality, design, and branding are and will remain the exclusive property of VelorAI.
  • License to us: By uploading content to the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and index that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • Responses generated by your AI agents are produced by machine learning models and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
  • AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, or technical advice.
  • VelorAI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated responses. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute AI-generated content from your agents.

7. Third-Party Integrations

VelorAI allows you to connect third-party services such as Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, YouTube), Slack, and custom APIs. These integrations are subject to the respective third-party's own terms of service and privacy policies. VelorAI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services, and we are not liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party integrations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these integrations complies with the applicable third-party terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant planned downtime in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VelorAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. VelorAI is not liable for errors in AI-generated content, data loss due to account deletion or service disruptions, or actions taken by third-party integrations connected to your agents.

10. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, agents, documents, and configurations.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to retain your data after account deletion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, please stop using the Service and delete your account.
